Dragons, how did I ever get to be twenty-three years old?

I was fifteen when I was sent on that mission to escort Princess Kelita. Sometimes I think about that and I'm just -- how did I ever get that charge? I had just enlisted. -- Er, well, I know how. My father pulled the strings, hoping to jump start my military career, and ... well, I suppose he did.
